• Returned Lighthouse Utility Tower and accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund minus the restocking fee will be issued by same means of payment.
• Products must be returned in original carton and packaging. Opened cartons must be resealed and product packaged as received.
• Damaged products not identified at the time of receipt or abused products will not be accepted and returned to purchaser freight collect at buyers expense.
• Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated for return shipments.
