Returned Lighthouse Utility Tower and accessories are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund minus the restocking fee will be issued by same means of payment. Products must be returned in original carton and packaging. Opened cartons must be resealed and product packaged as received. Damaged products not identified at the time of receipt or abused products will not be accepted and returned to purchaser freight collect at buyers expense. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated for return shipments. In the event your product is damaged upon receipt, Nautical Bay LLC will return and replace such item at no additional customer expense.
